The Mississippi Arts Commission was established in 1968 by the Mississippi Legislature as the official grants-making and service agency for the arts in the state. MAC provides financial and technical assistance for arts programming to arts organizations and educational institutions throughout Mississippi. Read more…
The Greater Jackson Arts Council has a new series that provides the finest caliber of programming for artists in the Jackson metropolitan area. Through out titular Creative Empowerment Lecture Series, Food Truck Fridays, High Note Jam, and the ArtsTribe Monthly, we work to provide relevant resources for the artists in our community to strengthen their craft, advance their careers, and feel the support and encouragement to pursue their artistic endeavors. This program is provided through a strong partnership and grant from Visit Jackson!
